Says she took a pic of an iguana licking an ice cream cone, made it into T-shirts.....soooooooooooooo cute!!!!...See MoreI'll Show You Mine if You Show Me Yours Wed Feb 08
Comments (11)Cute little vintage sampler offered on Etsy, which I missed out on, someone bought it before I could. :( I saved the pic. Then went and bought all the material to have one sewed for me by the quilting ladies at the church. It's been nearly five years and so far no sampler. I would go nuts trying to sew it myself, no talent in that area or should I say patience....See MoreI'll Show You Mine if You Show Me Yours Wed Feb 15
Comments (26)For Summer's Mom I was very close to my Mom and losing her was very painful. My Mom was big into sewing and crafting, and I found great comfort and a way to spend time "with her" by spending time doing the things we loved to do together. A gal I knew was getting married so I offered to make her veil. I put a suction cup one on my window about 3 ft from my recliner and really enjoyed the close up view. I also had the smallest wood pecker visit the one with bird seed. One day he knocked on the window for his dinner. I heard of that happening to others, but didn't quite believe it until I saw/heard it for myself. The window gets dirty but worth it. My picture is not as good as yours, but will post it anyway.
