Thanks Everyone, and I appreciate those who follow me a lot. Always remember you can pick and choose which boards to follow. Since I have 89 of them, LOL, I'm sure not all would interest everyone. Several of our gang have Pinterest boards...... Marlene, Janet, Kay-Luvs, Jeanne now and Mary and Triplet. Maybe others I don't know about do too. Mary, not sure how it works, but when I open Pinterest ALL I see are the new pins that people I follow have pinned. I guess somewhere in your settings you can get that page and then bookmark it to always come up. (I go to my own page of boards from that one). And when I want to look at others I don't follow, I head for the Pinterest index or type something in the search box. Jeanne, I hope this Forum picks up good for Christmas as that is our biggest time here. I'll try to be here more, I just haven't been decorating so nothing really to share with all of you. Zep, thanks for the advice but it didn't work so I guess it's not my add-ons. Now I can't even log in to get to the home page & 'help'. I tried an address from Pinterest when they sent a notice of others pinning mine but got a note back from a 'little robot' that suggested I log in and contact 'help'! Then I got a notice from someone (they are in CA) to re-set password. Still didn't work. Re-set old password. NADA. Tried to log in with Facebook, didn't work. The odd thing is when I look at the pics others have pinned, I can see them. It's really strange and frustrating. Any more thoughts?

LOL Annie! I have never joined Pinterest as about the time I learned about it I was trying to manage my addiction to the Internet in general. So I only occasionally go there to search for specific topics. Of course I sometimes then get sucked into 'the picture/blog void'! LOL My favorite topics on Pinterest are Bohemian style home decor, Bohemian style fashion, modern country decor, English cottage style decor, eclectic style decor, and quotes and sayings about life. I am sooo over wanting to make every cute DIY thing I see on the net. A house can only hold so much. Don't even save pics anymore. I know when the creative urge strikes I have enough ideas to last "forevah". Or I'll just check out Pinterest again! LOL 1929, don't totally discount Houzz for landscaping ideas. I've found there are many good ones there altho one has to look a bit to find them.

I love pinterest! Highly addicting and tonnes of great stuff. And tonnes of crap too. For anyone worried about copyright stuff, consider that Google and Yahoo and Facebook and all the big web names sue each other for copyright infringement all the time, mostly it goes nowhere. It is fair to be wary though, and if you're uncomfortable there are always other ways to keep yourself organized. Just in case anyone is interested in other options, I find evernote and skitch to be useful (and free if you don't need extra space!) for organizing some of my internet browsings.
