Bernette Serger 334D - a Classic!

I love this serger, bought it used many years ago, and it
is a real workhorse. But when I tried to use it a few months
ago, it would not work. It was threaded, and when I turned it
on, nothing happened; it just would not work! Does anyone
know what could be wrong or what it would cost to repair this? I have another one, but I love this one!

Check your plugs,and also if it's been sitting idle for a long time,then maybe it needs a good cleaning and oiling.If those things are ok,and it still doesn't work,then take it to reputable dealer,and get an estimate for repairs,then you can decide whether or not it is worth the money,to repair or not..Sorry I couldn't t be of more help.
