Monday's Dinner?

Hubby made a Bolognese sauce out of a new cookbook on the weekend. It was lacking a lot of flavour, and he wanted to throw it out.
I doctored it up by sauteeing some tomato paste and adding a bit of molasses for richness, and more garlic and some worcestershire.

It improved the flavour greatly and we had that with bow-tie pasta.
