Thinking of Pattico

I saw an old post that mentioned her so I went looking. In all of Garden Web, her last posts were November 20 of last year. She was very active until the 20th. Does anyone know why she hasn't been around?

I have 2 Chihuahuas that live in a two story condo outside,summer and winter.In the winter we put a 100 watt light bulb into the light fixture inside the dog house.They have a heavy comforter in there that they snuggle under and they stay cozy and warm.There have been a couple of times in the past when we had snow and I brought them inside thinking they would love being inside rather than out in the house in the cold.They were scratching on the door within an hour begging to get out.When I let them out they went straight to the dog house! Strange little boogers. And no it isn't air conditioned in the summer!LOL They just have to find a cool spot under the tree.

Now that is clever! I love the pocket for the bookmarks! I am a sucker for a bag, pouch, etc. DH goes nuts when I tell him "it's in the pocket of the bag" ....he says what bag? You have tons! I love them. Cameras, books, magazines, ipods...they all need special bags! This one is cute though, nice!!

I went out and bought that movie....I liked it! LOL! I like weird movies though,I LOVED Steven Kings "Storm of the Century!.... I really did enjoy"Lady in the Water"....now I'm watching Premonition...I watch them at work when I get a few mins free,might take me a week to watch one.

pattico try clearing all the cache and history and cookies from the browser you are using that usually fixes that problem. And I have found logging in on the main page of ivillage works best when I have had this problem for the main page go up to of the page here and click on the big Ivillage Garden web. If you tell me what browser and which version I will be happy to tell you how to clear the cache or just google clear cache on IE version and list your version.

Hi Tami - I pop in and out every now and then. Facebook and some crossword games keep me pretty well occupied so that I forget to come here and see who all is still here. So many new names! Are you still RV'ing?

Yes, we are still RVing. Not as much as I would like, but DH is still working, and we have to pay the bills somehow! LOL With all the cold weather we have been having, I really would like to be somewhere a little warmer in it right now, but that won't be happening for a few months at least!

Glenda - hello back! Nice to hear from you.

pattico - I should have figured as much since I participate less than that lately. I just saw someone was looking for "Pattie" and my first thought was you so I looked for recent activity and, as I said before, nothing shows beyond Nov. Strange but glad you, and others that have posted here, are still still kickin'. lol.

Thankfully pattico is here posting.
The looking for Patti thread was for another Patti, a long timer here too. Unfortunately the news was that she succumbed to the dreaded cancer and passed on. RIP she is missed.
