I like the nutter butter ones too.

Mother would fix saltines and crackers and wrap them in waxed paper and put them in our lunch boxes.

I like plain saltines with peanut butter on them. Those look good. I'll have to see if they have them in my Dollar Tree. I think my sister in the Home would like them.

I love apples and peanut butter too; also bananas and peanut butter. The granddaughters enjoy snacking on peanut butter on graham crackers.

Peanut butter and banana sandwiches were a staple at our house when I was growing up, and I still like them. Also peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. Now, Reese's Peanut Butter cups have turned me into an addict. Nutter Butter cookies are also great.

I love dipping chunks of apple into almond butter. But if there's no almond butter in the house, peanut butter will certainly do!

Well, here I am at age 80 and having loved peanut butter on anything my whole life..... now, allergic to Peanut Butter. Yes, I drool at the thought.... but many other 'allergies' have come to the surface, like coffee, which I love more, and tonight's test, Oranges.

Bottom line, tho. I am much more comfortable without all the "itching" in my daily life. Most nuts make me itch too

After I retired, I ran into students who informed me they passed the pleasure to their children.

Everything everyone mentioned sounds good. I am a peanut butter freak. I even like it on cornbread.

Count me in the apples and peanut butter camp... but add that I LOVE bananas and peanut butter. Either, I slice the banana down the length and slather on the peanut butter in the middle, or I will make a peanut butter sandwich and slices of banana. I don't do mashed bananas.

Love peanut butter on any kind of crackers and on rice cakes. Add apple butter on top of the pb is the best. Now, if I put peanut butter on a banana, I like to top it with ( don't gag till youtry it) miracle whip.

Love peanut butter and honey on crackers, and PB and jalapeno jelly (homemade from my DD's friend. Mild with a slight bite!! Yum YUM

I hadn't eaten PB in decades, but our DGD exists primarily on yoghurt and PB&J sandwiches. I 'inherited' her jar of JIF Creamy Natural PB when they left Maui for home, and I've enjoyed a little of it on crackers. ('A little' is key. It's 100 calories per tablespoon.)

I used to prefer crunchy, and it wasn't 'natural' AFAIK. Yes to banana and PB -- also a sandwich of sweet pickles and PB.

Nanny98 -- Might you be allergic to some additive that is now IN the PB or the coffee -- or their containers? Some preservatives are really toxic, and as we age, we become more sensitive to them.

I learned about peanut butter and apples from one of my good friends that came to stay with us for a while in Denver, he loved it and had me try it. I have been hooked ever since. I don't have it often but when I see really great looking apples at the store I will buy one to have with some crunchy Jiff. A little indulgence. My husband loves sliced sharp cheddar and crackers. He does occasionally eat those little Ritz type cracker sandwiches with the cheese or peanut butter in the middle.

I didn't see any mention of peanut butter on celery. My mom used to make these (also cream cheese) for us when we were kids.

I don't bother with making fancy celery sticks filled with peanut butter. I just take the jar and the celery and have at it!! Mmmm

My husband loved a peanut butter sandwich with sliced raw red (or whatever variety) onion, with pepper. It was very tasty I will admit.

More than 50 years ago, in Cleveland, Ohio, there was a hamburger place that served peanutburgers; a hamburger with peanut butter on it. Since then I've seen that it has caught on in a number of places. If I make a hamburger at home I will add some peanut butter just when the meat is done to my liking. I think they taste best with a sweet pickle relish. I'll bet that along with the sweet hot pepper jelly would be excellent, Marie.

I like the Lance peanutbutter/cheese crackers, pb on toast with jelly, pb on toast with sliced bananas, and I LOVE the "dark" chocolate peanutbutter Reese cups.
