Comments (51)ok...another question. Please. So, I just went to my local quilt store and asked for Kona Black. (for the August block). They carry Kona Bay, and had black. However, is the Kona Black that is being requested for the August block a Kona black by Kaufman?? Comments (5)Thanks, Sue and Linda, for all your efforts in the 2015, and now the 2016, Lotto. I just finished the blocks for January, February and March 2016. Just a warning on the February block - be careful of the placement of the pieces. I hate to admit how many seams I had to rip before I finished it correctly. Maybe it was because I was listening to Neil deGrasse Tyson on YouTube while I was quilting. He is so fascinating! I hope all of you out there who haven't joined the lotto in the past will do so in 2016. It's fun and a great learning experience....See More2017 February Block Lotto
