Lasagna: Cook Before Freezing?

Well, my tree company canceled the work they were going to do on our property today due to the rain, so that means the lasagna I wanted to make for the crew will need to be frozen.

I want to freeze this whole, so do you typically bake your lasagna BEFORE freezing and then reheat, or assemble it uncooked and THEN freeze?

The internet is a mix of opinions, so I knew to come to a trusted source! :-)

I'm leaning toward assembling uncooked, freeze, then bake. If so, I have regular lasagna noodles, not the no-boil, can I assemble the lasagna with uncooked noodles as well? I've read cooking them before freezing will make them mushy when you finally bake.
