Sharp Shinned Hawk that sat in a tree just 30 feet from the bird feeders watching 6 Chickadees taunt him for nearly an hour yesterday. The hawk apparently knew it would be a waste of energy to go after the little birds as they had a very dense twiggy bush nearby to retreat to.
