Cedar Creek Covered Bridge Town of Cedarburg, WI Lattice Truss Construction This bridge is framed with 3 x 10 inch pine planks secured with 2 inch diameter hardwood pins - No bolts or spikes. Retired in 1961. It is the last historic covered bridge in WI. There are a few more bridges, but these are modern and built for private enterprise or tourist attraction.

This has always been my favorite KT thread due to Casey's (and helpers) diligence in keeping it going each day. Love viewing all of the great pix of many different topics. I have to say the one that has really appealed to me today is mojomom's super shot from the deck. WooHoo! I would love to see something like that in my backyard. Instead, I look out and it's the backdoor neighbors big yellow dog over here taking a dump. I "fondly" call him Dumpster. :-) My yard guy calls him names I can't insert here. lol! Rosie
