Jasmine 'Grand Duke of Tuscany Supreme'.

I cannot honestly remember if it is just GDT or the supreme. I do know that it is a water hog. I have to water it even when the soil is still moist. I was trying not give it so much right now because I don't have it under my HPS light in fear of it picking up spider mites.

It still pretty much looks like a stick but it is growing now. The buds all along the sides of the stem, swelled and are now open and growing! That only seemed to happen though with the increased watering.

Any tips on this Jasmine? Does it prefer to be root bound or not? I have been really careful about not reporting to a pot that is too big, but even though the vine itself is just really starting to grow, it still hasn't grown that much. When I tug lightly in it, I don't notice any movement in the soil.

Maybe I am worrying to much but I have never been able to find this Jasmine locally and I really want it to do well. Any tips or advice would be great!

Thank you!

Andrew
