trying to remember children's book of WW2 Brighton Pier chidren

mindyo

Hello, I'm new to this forum but am trying to find the name of a children's book I loved back in the '60s. It was about three British children who find a German airman who has parachuted out near the Brighton Beach pier. I think one of the children was named Gillian. Anybody have any ideas? Thanks!
