This book is one of the worst. Pretentious and distasteful. IMHO. I got through to the part where the boyfriend shows up and from there it went downhill. It did make me think a lot because this could really happen, but when the two sisters had sex I couldn't keep going. Seemed like a cheap shot at tittilation to me. Really cheap!

I read some of the reviews. I think I would have to agree on "pretentious" if the reviews are to be believed. Even the reviews seemed to be slathered and lathered in deep layers of flowery language and drivel without saying anything. The main topic of the reviews was that these women had to make do with NO ELECTRICITY!!!!!

WOW! Can you imagine? No electricity!

I bought this thinking it was a survival type book and was furiously disappointed. A piece of garbage. I'm glad someone else feels this way.
