Hey Harry Potter fans. I just started a new forum because the old one hit one-hundred. And just one thing I want to say. I think if Ron by some miracle becomes Head Boy and Quidditch captain Harry will die. Becuase maybe The Mirror of Erised does tell the future. And if you're wondering it was wrong about Quirell well the mirror had an enchantment on it. I mean did Harry see his parents when he looked the first time. No he saw himself take the stone out of his pocket and put it back. Then he saw his parents because the enchantment broke. Did Quirell look again. No. So then Harry saw his parents. His parents aren't coming back from death. He's joining them. That's all folks.

I think you are right, i think DD does have a little clock just for Harry and he was looking at that clock in the 1st ch. of SS/PS.

Vernon Dursley. Muggle magic loather or something else. Here are some curious qusetions. Why is Dudley so big? Why does Vernon Dursley absolutely loathe magic? Well I think I have the answer. What if Vernon Dursley is somehow part giant. This would explain the largeness of Dudley. Giants part or whole are a lot or little taller than the average man. Why does Vernon Dursley hate magic so much. Well in the words of Hagrid and I quote "'Cause we'd useed magic against 'em, an' that's what giants hate abou' wizards." OotP chapter 20 pg. 431. Now the thing that brought me to this conclusion was what I read on OotP ch. 30 pg. 693, "The rim of a single large, fleshy ear was visible on the top of the head, which seemed to sit, RATHER LIKE UNCLE VERNON'S, directly upon the shoulders with little or no neck in between. Also Aunt Marge is the same way. No neck and she fancies creatures like Hagrid. And the same reaction was made by Vernon when Mundungus disapparated he grabbed him by the neck. Remember Golgomath, the gurg of the giants, grabbed Hagrid and Olympe upside down when they greeted him with a gift. Now if all these things seem to be a coincedence all the qualifications of a giant, that incredibly subtle clue about the Mr. Dursley, Aunt Marge's liking for dogs, Dudley's unnaturally largeness, and similar reactions to magic is just a coincedence then you have not read enough J.K. Rowling. Please Respond.

mom24 -- I'm sorry if my trying to be funny upset you. I've merely commented because I don't believe any 25 things I could list would be especially brilliant. If I had made a list, I'd like some feedback. Does it help you to know that I've lived 46 years with a Bears and Cubs fan? (A little sympathy here? For both of us? For ALL of us?) No harm/no foul? A shorter list? 1. I'm an only child, married to an only child, with an only child, who (until February) has an only child. 2. Our only GS was born (two weeks early) the night DH and I were flying back to Chicago from Maui. Looks like #2 has the same agenda -- pregnancy and due date announced after we'd booked our tix. 3. We lived for 30 years in one northern suburb of Chicago until 2001, when we moved into a house we built in a suburb farther north. Defending against the building review board here caused me to lose 30 lbs. 4. We're happy that we persevered and built here. (And I'm happy at 117 lbs. -- better than the 138 I started at or the 108!) 5. I was *delighted* to be a petite 5' 2" as a HS freshman. Then I grew four more inches. LOL 6. DH and I grew up in two different Chicago suburbs. We had met as toddlers, but neither of us knew that until after our first date, after meeting in a Northwestern night school course on public relations. 7. Our DS is adopted. DH didn't know that *he* was adopted until he was 40. I co-led an adoption search and support group in Chicago for 15 years. Both DS and DH know who and where their birth families are, but do not have ongoing contact. 8. We are currently owned by our fourth Westie, Eliot, a puppy mill rescue dog. I don't DIS-like big dogs or cats, just never wanted one. 9. We've traveled abroad a bit; now only to visit friends or to our Maui condo in winter. I often spent summers in my mother's home state of RI after my parents divorced. I like the TripAdvisor Hawaii forums and the real-estate related forums on THS here. DH and I read a lot. Seldom buy a book, using our library for books and DVD's. We have 'teatime matinee' most afternoons watching movies, cozy mysteries or British TV series. (Currently watching "New Tricks" and "Doc Martin".) I'm also a 'cusp' baby, between Aries and Pisces. I cleverly managed that by being three weeks late. It's convenient to blame my faults on 'signs'. LOL I'm also probably a DES baby. Gah! See, I told you so. I can't think of anything more! Can't imagine who would want to know THIS, let alone MORE. I read that jk might release bk 7 on 07/07/07. yay! i also think that ron might die. Firstly, because the best friend of the hero usually dies, and second because of this article I found: "Why Ron is probably gonna get the axe before it's all over. Let's start with killing off one myth: the Ollivander's anagram. Sure, it spells out "Ronald lives" if rearranged. It also spells out "Ronald's evil" though, so I don't think that's any guarantee our little redhead is going to make it throughÂ There are two main reasons (and a bunch of smaller ones) to why I think that Ron will die. Of course, I don't want him to - it would be completely horrible - but I didn't want Sirius to die either and he did, so I figure, better be prepared for the worst, eh? Reason 1: The Stupid Joke Those of you who frequent the HP Sleuth page are familiar with the theory that when Ron makes a joke, it usually turns out to come true. I know that Galadriel Waters writes about this in her books too, but since I haven't read them, I can't make any parallels. I could repeat all the HP Sleuth arguments regarding Ron, jokes and fortune telling, but since it's already online, I'll just refer you to the HP Sleuth page instead. To the point. In OotP, Ron makes a very stupid joke indeed: "And from now on, I don't care if my tea-leaves spell die, Ron, die - I'm just chucking them in the bin where they belong" (p. 633). What bothers me here is not only that it's one of Ron's jokes, but that the "die, Ron, die" is emphasised by being put in italics. JKR could have not done this. She could have used quotation marks instead, or nothing at all for that matter. Also, the word "die" is duplicated and put around the word "Ron", surrounding it. It doesn't look too goodÂ Reason 2: McGonagall's Chess game This is a theory that I received quite some time ago from Dora and Gally. Clumsy in general as I am, I lost their e-mail address, so I couldn't write them back about it. I'll just hope that they don't mind me using it. :-) Everything in italics is part of the message they sent me. (The passage is PS p. 204-206 UK paperback edition by the way.) All right you fanatics! Harry will not be studying at hogwarts during his 7th year, but will return occasionaly or at some point to visit Dumbledore's (and now Minerva's) office. I believe that this office contains many clues 4 harry to go on to bigger things. Remember that this office was a place of study to DD who collected many objects,and astronomy among other things. Perhaps there is something in the stars harry has yet to learn about. As well don't forget that many portraits remain animated, containing several characters, old headmasters and mistresses whom all have great knowledge and secret portraits hanging around the country.(just a thought) Some people believe the final battle will take place in the dark forest but i think it unlikely. The idea of a final battle risking the lives of hundreds of students on school grounds is not what JK would think appropriate. It's already enough that some characters will not make it to the end... Harry will attend the weasley and delacour wedding before heading off to his personal venture. He will only tell hermione , ginny and ron about the adventure, although, certain members of the order will discover the plans he has and will keep a close watch on his journey...I believe that Lupin and tonks will secretely follow the star trio. Harry will want to learn more about his parents life before death and will discover his grandparents identity and roots as well, from where we will finally understand how harry has become so wealthy throughout his parents. I believe James potter was naturally wealthy because he had noble blood, passed on by a long term royal family, turned sour. Of course their gold will have increased with their daily jobs seeing how talented james and lily were. Harry will not linger too long in godric's hollow for many death eaters will expect him to go there. The death eaters help lucius escape from askaban. The dark lord finds out from an unreliable source that narcissa spilled the beans concerning draco's mission(possibly wormtail who was evesdropping at the door(HBP). V will then personnaly kill narcissa, but lucius will not have the opportunity to stop it. Snape who is now on the run with draco will appear finally at his supposedly masters feet once more, looking like the devoted puppet. Only snape will play his part well for some time, which will put him in the lords good graces. With all this new excitement and rush, draco starts to have mixed feelings about this new dark side he has prepared for all his life. Draco does not like his father anymore for letting his mother die and begins to understand snapes real plan. Draco starts to believe what DD told him about beeing able to hide people so other would think they are dead. He begins to want to join the other side. Remember that Draco has always been a coward and wanted to befriend harry on their first night at the castle. Children are often the products of their parents due to lots of intimidation....

I like your theory hpmadfanatic, but didnt Jk said that duddly is one of the characters that "what you see is what you get"? Meaning that there is no mystery/secrets behind Duddly. So In my opinon having Duddly being a quarter of a giant is infact a big secret.

O and the reason why duddly is so big? Well he just fat and never ate healthy or exercised. His parents didnt care what he ate.

Well its a little over twenty days and I think I have an idea of the plot of HBP. Well I was rereading what we have written here and looking at the parallels I deciding to look for bigger parallels and I discovered similarities in the biggest way. Book plots. The first to the fourth. Voldemort tried to regain power. The titles were about objects. Harry had to get through obstacles to reach Voldemort. Someone he didn't expect helped Voldemort. Both suffered horrific fates at the end. And his mother helped him defeat Voldemort. The second to fifth. Voldemort stayed hidden using others to get what he wanted.(Ginny opening the chamber Bode gettting the prophecy. Voldemort tried to get a weapon (Basilisk prophecy). Voldemort failed both times. Harry went to rescue people(Sirius Ginny) Sort of evil DADA teachers who tried to prevent Harry from rescuing the people. Both places (DoM and Cos) have secret going-ons within them. So the main similarities are the ending, DADA teachers. The title similarities and few miscellaneous things. So there will be one person the half-blood prince will probably be believed to work with Voldemort when truth is that person is actually close to them in disguise. The DADA teacher will be a member of the Order and will teach Harry a valuable skill that will help him in the end. A truth will be revealed probably every detail about that Halloween night, exactly how Harry survived, or possibly a more indept explanation of the prophecy. Do you guys think that Harry will tell Ron and Hermionie about the prophyes in the nxt book or wait till the finial book? I hope he tells them in the HBP and we get to see there reacitions.

wow i cant say that i was surprised at what happened in the 6th book but still i think it really really sucked, i was so sad. but can i say already haha when does the 7th one come out???? hahah i think i read these books way too fast. but actually for the 7th book i think that ending might be somewhat like the lord of the rings. how in the end when frodo left, it was the principal of everything that he went through, and i think that thats exactly hows its going to be for harry. im not sure where hed go haha but itll be somethin like that, its just a theory though so i dunno.

Whoa! Book 6 was amazing... although i must say that i was shocked and highly distressed when dumbledore died. i cried like a little baby, i finally stopped crying then when Harry saw the headmasters heap of a dead body lying on the ground i started bawling again, cried even harder when i found out that the horcrux that dumbledore and harry had secured was a fake then straitned myself together. Got teary eyed again when Ginny and Harry split then cried when the threesome said they werent coming back to the school. Althouh, i do agree with JKR, Hogwarts just would not be the same without that blue-eyed headmaster... its so sad though. I do say that i liked this book better than the OoP .. thought harry was a little less whiny and could control his temper better. I was thrilled when Snape and Harry were arguing in a DADA class and snape told harry .... "sir" .. as to say that is what you should call me and harry looked at him and said .. "ther is no need to call me sir, professor"! o man i was extatic!!! lol, i also highly enjoyed when the minister said to harry .. "a dumbledore man thru and thry arent you?" and harry said "yeah i am" with dignity. That was so great.. but its still so sad to fast forward to the ending.

Hmm, my opinion in the the seventh book is that the three will find and destroy all the rest of the hocruxes with the help of Lupin. I think that he will also kill Snape. And for all those people how havent read the sixth book dumbledore has died and instead of finding a real hocrux with dumbledore he found a fake with a message from R.A.B.

well all i know is that sirius and dumbledore have died and if harry or anybody else on teh good side dies in the next book that would just suck, even though that's probably going to happen. But I don't think jk rowling would make voldemort live and harry die because that would leave a lot of unanswered questions.

in the 7th book, i think that both Harry and Voldermort die.. JKR said that she was not going to write anymore books and if she didnt kill off Harry then she probably would write some more. I think it would suck if Harry dies.. but why i think this is because Dumbledore said that once he becomes of age(17) then Voldermort will be able to kill him because he wont have to love running through his blood.. somthing like that

Finally a place where people are talking about the 7th book! I just finished the 6th and let me say DAMN! that was so good! I had loer expectations because I thought that the 5th was a little under par (still great but not quite up to calaber with the others). Any way when does the next book come out! I fell bad that they arn't going back to school but with out dumbledore it makes sence. I want harry to get back with Ginny! God I don't care about ron and hermione nearly as much not that R/H wouldn't be cool too. By the way anyone one think harry might be the last horcrux? It didn't go into major detale about it but what if JKR made him the last piece to the puzzle? That would be cool but that would mean he has to die right? any one have a comment about that?

...Just gonna skip the introduction. Never was any good at those. Anyways, I'm already reading back through the sixth book. Finished it about two days after it came out. Great book. I'd just like to state that I still think Severus is a good guy. Dumbledore's never pleaded to anyone, much less would he plead for his own life. I think he was asking Snape to kill him. I mean, it would ensure that he was trusted once and for all by Voldemort and the Death Eaters plus, Dumbledore would never want to see ANY of his students harmed. To support my theory, Snape became quite angry when Harry called him a coward. True, some of that anger from the past but, I think some of it came from the fact that Harry knew nothing of Snape's situation and how much pressure he was under. And Snape telling Harry to keep his mind closed so he come attack? That just doesn't make any sense unless Snape wanted Harry to become stronger. Ontop of all that, Dumbledore seemed to be dying anyways. Why not let Snape do it and ensure that he was trusted? I can see Snape dying at some point but, I'm not entirely sure Harry will be the one to do it. J.K.R seems to have taken on a depressing role since about the fourth book, more and more characters are dying. So, I think there's a good chance Harry will die, it'll ensure that there won't be any more books. I mean...if Harry live and defeats Voldemort, what's there left to write about? J.K.R would have to invent a new enemy in order to keep the books interesting. Besides, I would rather remember Harry as a young hero rather than some old man. At this point, I'm just going to stop typing because this post is probably already long as hell. Hehe. Sorry about that.

i agree that snape is a good guy i just re-read the scene and why would dumbledore say severus...please instead of saying severus...no!!!! and secondly he was saying thoughout the end of the book (when they were getting the horux, they were doing dangerous stuff and harry said that he would do it) that i am old and have little more life left, so then why would he plead for his life if he kept on saying that

Well i think that in the 7th book Ginny Weasly will be killed by a Death Eater. I know that's like a stab in the dark, but just think about it. She is Harry's best friends sister, also his ex-girlfriend who he still has feeling for, and one of the Ministry of Magics workers daughter. I mean when they broke up Voldermort had to know something was going on between them? We all know of his deadly ways. Some how some way Ginny Weasly will die before this series is over.

I got a lot to say because I got back after a month away from the forum. First off I KNOW Snape is good. All the reasons above and a few more. A)When has Harry ever been right about Snape. Not book 1,2,3,4,5 and definitely not six. My guess is the fabled DE Snape who gained the trust of Dumbledore until the grave and was the killer will do one of the greatest betrayals in history by faking one. We heard Dumbledore he knew all about the DE's coming he had to expect it was mostly an attempt on his life. Now if he will obviously die who better to kill him than the person who needs Voldemort trust most. Now why would Dumbledore plan on being killed. If Bella has doubts of course Voldemort has some form of doubt. What better way to prove you're not with a guy than to kill him. Now the fake horcrux and R.A.B. first we know for four reasons it's not the order. Dumbledore had no idea the horcrux was fake. Secondly no one has those initials. And thirdly R.A.B. never intended Dumbledore to go after the fake he wanted Voldemort to find it thus To the Dark Lord. Now this fourth clue says two things. The name meant he was a DE not OotP. So if we look at the fourth book we might find something about dead DE's with R.A.B. initials. Unfortunately not in book 4 not in breakout. Then I thought of people with last names that starts with B. The first person is Sirius Black. And in book 5 there is a whole chapter on Black's family tree and guess what pops up. Regulus Black. R.B. notoriously known for being killed because he got too deep or something like that. So maybe he head of the prophecy somehow knew of the horcruxes and destroyed the locket. It did say he expected to destroy the locket so maybe Harry should be thinking cup...snake...something of Gryffindors or Ravenclaws...locket taken care of along with diary...and ring. so that is my long-winded and overly elaborate explaination of horcruxes R.A.B. and Snape. Quickly I always thought that Voldemort did something similar to a hocrux because you can't move on with part of a soul you need it all. Now Ginny. First I highly doubt Voldemort is going to kidnap Ginny and attempt to kill her to piss off Harry. Now he did try something similar to that in book 2 but that was for ceasing to be a memory not blackmailing or something. Remember Voldemort is doing Occlumency not Legilimency. Although I wouldn't put it past Ginny to follow the trio even though Harry thinks it's it too dangerous. Although quickly i can't believe it was truly love which was Harry's gift. I just thought it was too obvious. Also what is it with her and bat bogey curses they mention it so much there must be some greater purpose. Now locations of horcruxes. Where is the cup, the gryffindors or Ravenclaws horcruxes. Voldemort is attached to his past. The two places I think Voldemort hid the horcruxes are the riddle house and And in the orphanage he stayed in for eleven years and and seventeen summers. Now the last thing I wish to say is my...

also along w/ snape being good, earlier on in the book snape and dumbledore had a fight, dumbledore said he had to do it and snape said he didnt want to. there is no other reason for the fight unless it wuz about killing dumbledore. i mean why else would j.k. rowling write that.

i think that somehow dumbledore will come back because it just seemed to easy to kill him off because he was like the greatest wizard of all time and to just kill him w/ one curse when he can do magic w/out a wand just seemed to easy.

hey i have some ?'s why the HELL did Dumbledore use his order on Lupin when he was bad the entire time!!!??? and why in the latest book did they only have class like once the entire time!!! i personally think the last book was much better than this one with the dragons and all. i really had 2 push myself to keep reading after the first 100 pages!

I have also just finished the book and loved it, i hope this next book doesnÂt take too long to come out,??? Does anyone know any time period in which it might come out please reply, also I believe as said in the Prophecy one will live and the other will died, therefore Harry as we all know and hope will live instead of (he how must not be named), and will not be killed of at the end of the 7th book I hope. And I am also very sad about Dumbledore death but must say he will not come back because this will make the 7th book a bit gai if you get what i mean it wont work to well with the story, oh yeah and go Harry and Ginny hope they get back to gether =)

Well first off, i think that RAB is regulus black because in the 5th book Harry found a locket that couldnt be opened at the black house. And i still don't understand why Dumbledore would want Snape to kill him, that doesn't make sense to me. If Snape really was good then he wouldn't have maken the unbreakable vow to help Malfoy and kill Dumbledore. And I have a question, how did Snape gain the trust of Dumbledore?

Yeah there are some reasons why snape would be good, but now that he killed DD everybody thinks he's evil. Like why didn't he tell the other teachers about his plan or something? Because now he's ruined his trustworthy reputation with the other teachers. I think that Draco will die in the next book, either killed by Harry or Voldemort. Harry's reason is obvious because Draco is a death eater, but i think VOldemort will kill Draco because Draco would have second thoughts about becoming a death eater. I mean in teh 6th book he wasn't goign to kill DD and i don't think he wanted to either.

I've been thinking why Snape didn't tell the others in OotP and I guess there is one reasonable explanation. If any OotP member were captured then Voldemort were to go Legilimency on them then Snape would be discovered a true double-agent. But now he has ensured himself not to be caught and convinced the skeptical COUGHbellatrixlestrangeCOUGH he is truly a DE. Or at least they think. And one last interesting off topic detail I wanted to mention last time but forgot. Voldemort's name holds incredible truth. In French Vol de Mort means flight of death.

Everyone I've been looking around on every forum I can find and everywhere they're saying Regulus Black. On HPANA, Mugglenet, and Random forums I looked up on Google. Now an interesting thing I found on Mugglenet was the fact that Regulus needed an acomplice and we got the perfect answer. Regulus needed an acomplice who would undoubtedly obey any and every command Regulus gives even drink the potion for him. A certain someone who would not register upon the boat. Now I think it wasn't an underaged wizard but a creature who Voldemort always underestimated. KREACHER Regulus Black's house elf. Kreacher's Mistress' favorite son. Also everyone agrees with the locket comment lisa29. Well that's it for now and I think Draco will become good. Because most likely Voldemort will kill Narcissa and attempt to kill Draco but somehow Draco will escape. That's all.

Finished the sixth book for the second time around. Heh. Guess Cho and Harry are over, huh? I much preferred her than Ginny. Anyways, I got stung in the freaking neck while sleeping and couldn't go back to sleep so I thought I'd check out this forum again and see what's going on. Well, Draco definately won't be killed by Harry. I mean, Harry himself said that he felt pity for Draco. And has anyone ever noticed that the Death Eater's always seem to win? I mean, a few of them may die and they may run away at the end of the fight but, they always beat the good guys. What the hell? And as for Harry, he just needs to become stronger. I think in the seventh book, Harry should take on a darker role. I mean, everyone's dying around him. J.K.R just HAD to kill Sirius, didn't she? I think the seventh book just might be the best out of them all, if J.K.R plays it out right. And if by chance, Harry does live and all that good stuff, J.K.R would have to write about their lives afterwards and all that Harry and his little merry group are going on to do. The death of Harry and Voldemort would definately secure the end of the series but, I have heard that J.K.R has hinted at Harry's death. Which hell, wouldn't Harry be happier when he's dead? His whole family's waiting on him.

well i know that voldemort has to die in the 7th book, and i agree with you, cloaked figure, the death eaters do always win. I kind of feel bad for Draco too because i don't think he really had a choice to become a death eater and help voldemort. I think that he was kind of sucked into it, so i hope that in the next book he'll come to his senses and return to the good side. Everyoen knwos that he wouldn't have killed DD.

I think that one of Harry's friends is going to die, and I think is Hermonie... remember she is a "mudblood" so therefore Voldemort and his followers will have no problem on killing her, she is not worthy to fight any of them ... and also if you haven't read the interview that JK Rowling gave to muggle net and the leaky cualdron, i advise you to review it, it's got some really interesting ideas, for the careful eye, about what might happen in book 7 one of her comments, to a question "why do they keep the slytherin house at hogwarts if almost all of the students that are placed in there ultimately end up going bad", and between some other words from her answer the most important phrase is that "if all of the four houses unite they will become or can become an unstoppable army".. that is definitely a good theory... please i need some comments on this idea. :p

i think thatd be awesome if the four houses united... but i don't think it's gonna happen. theres too much separation with slytherin like that question said. It wouldnt' be good to just cut slytherin from hogwarts though, thats obvious. i also have a question, how are horcruxes made? like how do u make an object a horcrux, wtih a spell?

On the topic of the Harry vs. Voldemort topic Puh-lease. If we know anything about J.K. Rowling she has known the ending b4 the first book came out. She has had years to perfect and she ends it with one dead one alive it will be the average ending she will create the most unexpected ending something totally amazin that we will re-read the last chapters trying to put each piece of the puzzle togethwer even though we saw the ending result. Like Holes you know suddenly you see there are curse-free then you re-read the last chapters and realize Yelnats carried Zeroni up the mountain sang him the song and fed him water from the river. J.K. Rowling will do something like that. Now about Horcruxes lisa29 you split your soul in half by murdering. Then you use a spell to implant one of the splits of your soul into an object. Now about Harry the possible horcrux this is very possible I mean didn't Dumbledore himself say Voldemort implanted a part of his soul into to Harry accidentally. Now that would be an ending worthy of J.K. Rowling. Neither can live while the other survives. I believe this means Voldemort can never truly be alive without most of his soul. And Harry can never live because he has to die to kill Voldemort. My guess is so many years of having little or possilbly no Humanity left and then suddenly getting it all back might just kill him on the spot. Like a blind man suddenly getting his eyesight back out of nowhere in the middle of a street in NYC. Because of some medical reason or neurological reason that I'm to lazy to look up would kill him. That I believe would be an ending worthy of J.K. Rowling. Also Harry should be very hard to destroy. Just like the ring and the locket that would not open. How much you wanna bet Harry will discover his immortality and Voldemort will be the only one who can destroy Harry because they are his horcruxes. Then Harry gonna just ask Voldemort to kill him Voldemort will Avada Kedavra and suddenly humanity rushes into Voldemort he can't stand just like any one who has ever seen Angel how he gets a soul and he starts questioning himself thinking about all his wrongs. and possibly after Voldemort puts the pieces of his soul back together he might not be able to stand this new humanity he hasn't had since he was sixteen. Then commits suicide upon himself. Now I don't know how this would work in with the scar. Maybe the last sentence would be "And Harry the boy who lived, the chosen one, the destroyer of Lord Voldemort, and bearer of the legendary lightning bolt scar. And about the after-story of Harry Potter. 100% sure no 8th book. Might be a small epilogue though. Oh yeah and I think that nobody has any license to say "I know Voldemort must die in book 7" really are you the author are you J.K. Rowling. no. You can say I hope Voldemort dies. But really we have no absolute evidence to say which one will live and which one will die or even if one will live. That's all.

First of all i just want to say is that i read HBP, and I totaly dont care for it!*can imagine waking up tomorrow w. all this hate mail saying 'how dare i say hbp sucked'* But anyways i just thought that it talked to much about the past and how it was too may yrs to tlk bout wat happen when harry was 12!! Jk should'nt have based 3/4 of the book on year 2 and voldimorts past.
Second of all i am on the wall here and cant decide weather snape is good or bad! I think that DD wasn't begging for his life, or his death. I think that snape saw the other broomstick in the tower and knew that Harry was close by, under the cloke. And DD was begging Snape not to hurt Harry. Which makes Snape good. But then HE KILLED DUMBLEDORE AND RAN OFF W/ THE OTHER DEATH EATERS WHICH MAKES HIM BAD!!!

And did anyone realize that by killing dd snape riped his soul in half, just like voldemort did?

I wanted to talk about Ginny's role in the 7th Book, in a recent interview JK Rowling said that there is something special about her, for being the only girl to have been born in the Weasley family in generations, also that ....and maybe someone can dig deeper into this theory.... "there's that old tradition of the seventh daughter of a seventh daughter and a seventh son of a seventh son, so that's why she's the seventh, because she is a gifted witch" words of Jo Rowling herself.....and she is the seventh child of the Weasley's ..... Please let me know your thoughts :)

And about Dumbledore's death there is a theory out there that says that the potion that he drank at the cave transformed people into inferis... you know the creepy zombie like people that attacked Harry..... (that makes kind of sense because otherwise how did the inferis ended up in the lake).... and that Dumbledore knew that was going to happen to him and so did Severus .....so ... he wasn't pleading for his life he asking him to kill him so he wouldn't harm anyone....
I know it sounds kind of crazy but I thought it was something that had to be put out there

It doesn't matter if you're muggle or a Order of Merlin 1st Class. If you get hit you're dead. Like a Wizard's Raid. Kills People Dead. Now I guess you can say his spirit might still be out there because a pheonix rose from the grave which is probably his spirit. Also his painting is in the headmasters office. There is probably an enchantment on the room to create a painting when the person dies. Now I don't think Dumbledore is as good as fooling an enchantment. Do you. Oh yeah and the idea of the inferi potion I can only see one problem with it. Not that many people have gone to the cave. In fact Dumbledore and R.A.B.(Regulus?) have been there. Well that's all except this forum is almost full so I'm starting a new one called Harry Potter book 7

hey is that daniel harry potter dude really the actor, thats so cool if its true, well yeah i dont agree with that idea of the inferi potion becuase you have to be dead before you can be turned in to one, i think. well thankyou for the thought it might be true. and yeah harry must die for voldomort to die, so there is two ways taht harry wont die=
1. he loses all his powers that voldy gave him if not become a muggle. this is becuase i think voldy passed on part of his soul to harry after killing his parents.
or
2. voldy dosent die for some reson.

this is an argument for hpmadfanatic2222. dumbledore can be dead but it's most likely that he's not. snape may have saved harry and had excuses for doing it but if he didn't have some sort of loyalty toward dumbledore he wouldn't have. i believe that snape faked the killing so that voldemort would believe that snape is loyal to him. and yes i think that dumbledore could have fooled an enchantment. if that kid that pretended to be moody could trick the goblet of fire, then dumbledore can fake out a silly enchantment.
