I suspect a Wally look alike. I think it smells really good, but Casa Blanca has it beat hands down. And my all time favorite is the Chinese trumpet Regal lily. I had one that sent a stem up as big as a broom handle and had well over 30 buds and blooms going at once. Smelled up the whole yard...what a show. I have several, so they just took over. The Orientals were pitiful by comparison. I have them in a well prepared bed with mulch and plenty of water...the Chinese trumpets in the same bed out do them. They seem to want to fizzle out for me. I tilted them slightly so they wouldn't hold water... used all the tricks I knew, but just ho-hum. Stems aren't strong enough to hold them up when they do bloom well. I know where I will spend my lily money in future.

I've subscribed to Southern Living since l983 and had issues sent to my mom the last ten years or so, as well. This year she asked me not to renew her subscription for the same reasons that many of you have mentioned; I have felt the same way for a very long time. I can't remember the last time I did more than flip through the magazine for about three minutes and then toss it. So, we no longer receive Southern Living. Perhaps part of the reason is that after over twenty years, nothing is "new." I do think that as in the case of HGTV, a different generation is in charge and it's obvious we're not on the same page. Traditional Home, Veranda, Blueprint, Domino and others are magazines that are more interesting to me at this time; however, several years ago I canceled Traditional Home because it was so bland and boring. I suppose at one time or another they all reinvent themselves, like we do from time to time.

My problem is that for the last two days GW is automatically logging me out each time I leave GW. I started a new thread about this, wondering if anyone else is having this problem. Elmer and anyone else having issues with milk-try A2 milk. Many people who think they have lactose issues actually have an issue digesting A1 protein in milk. Cows produce either A1 or A2 protein. Milk contains both The A2 company produces milk only from cows that have the A2 protein which is easier to digest. I have thought since my 20’s that I was somewhat lactose intolerant but lactaid pills didn’t work that great. I’ve discovered A2 has zero side effects for me. I even tried a 24oz glass one day.
