It *may* be it's getting too much nitrogen & not enough phosphorus.. Nitro = lots of leaves, phos = more blooms. Since there's some rabbit "presents" in there with it I'd let it go- The more it grows the faster it uses that up (and yes the bigger it gets) but eventually as the N level drops it'll start to flower. At least I'm pretty sure that's what'll happen. I feel your pain tho- Some of mine haven't bloomed for 2 or 3 years. Not sure they ever will.
