Help to determine what tip of gum tree

Hello. Pardon for my poor English, i bit rusty. I Live in Portugal and im a huge fan on garden eucalyptus, wich are almost unknow here. People here tend to be afraid of the eucalyptus mainly because they are seem as water consumer and agressive root trees.
Altough is hard to find garden eucalyptus here, i have found one gunnii azura. Past a a year i bought another euc, but i have some if this one is a normal gunnii ou something else. it is growing slower than he azura.
I hope someone can help me with this doubt.

Looks very much like one I planted about 3 years ago, Eucalyptus Pulverulen 'Baby Blue'. The foliage is an attractive bluey-grey and the plant (my specimen) has grown to about 5 metres - it is not a large grower. It's on well drained friable soil with a ph of about 7 and requires pruning (never below the leaf cover) to encourage bushiness. The roots are not invasive and once established will tolerate fairly dry conditions.

Curious could this tree could have "crown gall". We lost a shrub to this. Noticed it this past spring when working in the yard. It is know to leave growths in it's wake. ? So not saying that is the issue...but...it's what came to my mind when poster described growths.

I grow lots under my Gum trees, a couple have a Bougainvillea climbing under them, I wont let it go no higher than say 8ft or 2.4 mts, another one has Ferns, Agapanthus, a native orchid, and a climber called Stephanotis Floribunda with a white flower. Other side of the driveway has a Gum tree with a Allamander climber, it has yellow trumpet flowers, beneath them are more Agapanthus and Gazania,there are also two red/purple coloured Cordyline. But my favourite Gum under it, it has a White Wisteria, Federation Daisy, Bromeliad, Canna lilys Jonquill,Fressia Begonia, ferns, it is big wide tree, There are also hanging baskets on the lower branches with Zygocactus. But you have got to water them I gave up on the raised garden beds under the trees, same trouble too many roots so now they are just planted in the soil around the base of the trees and they have about 6ins or 15cms of mulch on them. I live in Brisbane the Capital of Queensland it is sub tropical a bit dry the past few years so a lot of hand watering is needed, So Good Luck with your Gardening. MM.

Thank you everyone for the help! I was SO worried about this tree and thought the tree had developed bacterial leaf scorch. I am still very knew to gardening and still learning all of the trees/plants that are in my yard. I am located in Northern California, specifically near Concord, CA and we had an extremely hot/dry summer. My grass was definitely affected by this as well! This tree did not get as much water as I know it needs. Is there anything that I can do to help repair the tree, or anything that I can put in the soil? thank you!!!

thanks a lot for the help to both. The pulvulurenta, as i have seen on the net, is one of the subspecies of the gunnii.

This one is 1,40 meters, but in March he had just about 80 cms, after a pruning. I have one other gunni but that one give me no doubts, is a gunnii azura, with very small round blue leafs, and has grow to 2,50 meters in a year and 2 months. Now that the summer is ending around here, it seens to stop, in spring will give another strong grow, i believe.
