I'm back with another Pandani question

A long while back I posted a question on this forum about growing Richea pandanifolia from seed, and I received a very warm welcome and some great advice. Well, after a long search for this holy grail, I have just managed to reserve myself one of only a handful of Pandanis being imported into the UK! It is between 2-3' tall and arrived by plane to avoid any overdue stress to the plants. This caused the price to be quite expensive but it's the worth the risk in my eyes.

So my questions are concering the cultivation of these beauties. Anyone out there growing them and can you give me some tips on requirements. I am planning on a partly shaded spot with good drainage, but plenty of moisture...(Why does every tricky plant require those conditions!).

Any advice will be gratefully received.

Cheers,
