I have 3 LCD monitors, a 22inch Samsung 226BW, a 19inch Samsung 912T and a 19inch Acer AL1916W and all three have done me well. Regarding the 22inch which is my main monitor, it does take a little getting used to but I like it. You can set 2 windows side by side if needed. If you have Vista it allows plenty of room for the gadget bar down the right side, if you have XP you can download and install the Vista gadget bar if you are in to those things. Viewsonic do not seem to be as good as they were a while back. In recent years Acer has improved their quality considerably. HP also seem to make a good monitor. If you are not in a drastic rush you might select a few models then watch the Sunday Saver for good prices. Well if the Dimension computer has a separate video card - as opposed to onboard - and if both computer have the same video slot (AGP or PCIe) you could move the card from the dimension to the Inspiron to see how it looks before spending money perhaps. Well according to Ebay help that option should be under "Choose How You Sell Your Item" but unless I am totally blind, I am not seeing that option anywhere. I went to "Add or Remove Options" under the above option and that was not very helpful either. Ebay is generally very user friendly. I have never had any problems listing items but I have never tried to do this.
