Had a real mess on a group order with one of the Aussie companies a couple years ago when the shipping got all screwed up at entry, my ten plants ended up only God knows where, but they did refund in full. Hopefully, it was a one-time happening.

Must plead guilty to never taking any photos. Got frustrated a few years ago when driving around England doing the touristy thing and looking for orchids here and there and of course finding none. There are probably many orchids in other parts of the world described as a leafless saprophytes which cannot be cultivated
