I don't think it's load-bearing - in my window the whole central post is a wood 4" x 4" and deeply recessed on both sides, but how do I know for sure? (I'll try to get pics of the actual window up soon). Wow, Marvin Windows and Doors makes a corner unit made of a single sheet of glass with a small-radius curve at the corner - not even a thin line where the two flat panels of glass join (page 3 of this PDF). That's a "bent glass" corner? But I don't see many vendors for either type. Who can sell me a butt glazed corner window in the eastern US? It's about 4' tall, and each side is 3' wide. I'll settle for a thin strip at the intersection; don't want to spend a fortune (though I would have sprung for the expensive bent glass if I had the view like the one I showed!). How much more $ are we talking about for butt glazed vs. 4x4" post?

The biggest piece on my fireplace was 4.5' x 4.5' and my installers crew carried it up the stairs. I'm sure they would have carried a 5' x 7' piece too!

wilma seems to be a dwarf yellow variation .. which mean is would grow much slower than your green version ... the annual growth rate is what determines how fast a given plant will grow ... plus... the length of your growing season ... which begs the question.. where are you.. big city name ... conifers.. which are trees... never stop growing.. its just a matter of multiplying out the annual growth rate.. basically forever ... in the pic.. yours is going to be a beast.. and im wondering if you have the yard for a gang of these beasts ... rather than wnat to plant more beasts.. if you give us a better idea of how much space you have.. where you are.. etc ... we might make other suggestions more attuned to said space .. the size you buy is up to you ... but a smaller transplant will recover form the pot and grow faster inside say.. 5 years... as compared to a huge transplant due to stress ... budget was always my decision ... how many other things can i buy when i bought small .. besides.. with the fence.. it doesnt seem like this is some instant gratification need ... in other words.. i had more time than money.. and would rather wait ... ken

if they are vintage good luck! but here are some suggestions (ive been there for my three vintage bathrooms): Have you been able to pop one off and look at the back and get really lucky to see the manufacturer on the back? You may have to soak it in hot water awhile to get the mortar etc off. then look up the manufacturer on ebay. check out https://matchmytile.com/ and hope you get lucky. go to retrorenovation.com and look up vintage tile and she has many posts about finding vintage tile, including neighbors, is a stash in the basement in a box on a shelf, borrow from behind the toilet, etc.
