I'm surprised teens would damage leaves,how warm did it get in there?would be worth it to invest in a thermometer with remote sensor,(if you don't already have one)my T.fortunei have seen temps as low as 12F with no damage,x-mas lights need to be well insulated to provide much warmth let us all know how it works out.p.s I layed a thermometer on some rope lights(indoors,they were rapped up like a garden hose about a foot in diameter,18 footer they warmed to 95F) but did not raise the temp of my single walled umbrella greenhouse much if any.

maggie I wouldn't stop the treadmill completely but I would make sure you use the settings that change it up so that you are not going the same pace all the time. Go up hill and fast and slow etc. Also I would vary your workout and use other machines. Stair steppers seem to have gotten a lot better and appear to be real climbers now . Also elliptical is another choice and the cycling classes. Variety is the spice of life. But...most important do not leave off weight training ! Make sure you lift weights. That is the key to no injuries. c

Hopefully, something can be learned here. And as a CA taxpayer, burdened with thousands of other people "on the dole" who shouldn't be and a State that is near bankruptcy, it is of concern. If philanthropic organizations can help her, it relieves the State of some of the burden. The lips, the shopping sprees, her reluctance to admit that she made a terrible error--it's just an indication of her mental state, and it isn't good. So let us share what we learn without being criticized for it.
