Where can I get mail order gerberas?

Hi, I live in Gove in the NT, and I've been buying a lot of plants through ebay and mail-order nurseries to establish my garden. I'm trying to find a mail order source of the long-stemmed single gerberas used in the cut flower industry, but I've had no success. I think that most of them are Dutch cultivars and are trademarked, hence the difficulty in obtaining them through nurseries.

I'm told that many of the long stemmed singles you pick up at markets etc are old stock from the flower farms and no longer productive enough to be commercially viable. Much better to sell to gardeners than toss them out I reckon!!

Does anyone know of anyone that would be willing to sell me a few gerbera crowns, package them up in a post pack and sent it up to me? I've been looking for almost 12 months and I'm starting to loose hope!!

Cheers, Scott
