I might try again if this one doesn't root successfully. @bernardyjh thanks for the suggestion, I just found out that they ship to Canada and free shipping when $30 or up, so I might take a look at this for sure! @Lars Thank you for the advice, if only I could move my plants outside... I live in apartment that is 12th floor, and no balcony :(. May I ask you what kind of soil you grow them in?

Well I'm on my 2nd. Killed the first. Purchased cuttings from 2 different Etsy sellers. The first one already had little root nubs when I purchased it. The 2nd one does not. Both sellers advised (after I killed the 1st one) that I had watered it too much. It was on the same watering sched as my other succs. Since it had "roots" I thought it was ok. Apparently not. They advised that when watering (twice a week) I should pick the cutting up off of the medium, wet the medium using a spray bottle and then replace the cutting. I've been doing this for about 2 weeks and so far it looks just about the same. Some of the lower leaves have dried up but that's about it. Any suggestions would be most welcome. Thank you, Tyler

Ah ok, yes, now that you say it I’m sure it said citron not citrus. And with that, I’ve just learned something new. I’ve probably never given it much thought, but always associated the word citron as meaning lemon. Probably a mixture of the flavor being similar, plus the similarity to the German for lemon, Zitrone. Although I’m assuming they have a way of differentiating the two fruit, cross-referencing google translate shows them both called Zitrone.

The roses seem to have disappeared into the ether and RVR is 100% disinterested in doing anything about it. They have not even confirmed that they will stand by their guarantee that the roses will be "healthy, accurately labeled, and ready to grow. ” I have a general rule not to order plants on-line for this very reason but some roses are hard to come by. I'm disappointed in them, their communication, and their choice of delivery service. For $20+ in delivery fees they could have used a provider like FedEx or UPS. I don't understand their lack of communication because the method they used to deliver is insured so there would be no pecuniary loss to themselves. I have bought $100s if not $1000s of roses from them and I won't do it again. I'm too old and too cranky to deal with this kind of customer service.
