Hello, Saw your post....I have been growing them for several years now. Mine are Pink with stocks that reach 20 ft high. they bloom around Dec and Jan and then die back. I know of a Nursery that you can pick up a pink and double white for about 4-5$ a piece. www.Annies Annuals.com...I have given so many away as they are easy to propragate just cut the stock while its still green and stick into the grown..the stock are like bamboo..need one rind to make roots...good luck....basuess@juno.com...reach me if you need any more info.

Looks like you almost have to start out with seeds, but they will go on to produce tubers. This one's in Canada though and you might run into that border restriction deal.
