Personally, for abundance of flower throughout the season, I would choose Scepter'd Isle, I love its musk scent as well as its arching habit. For knock out perfume but an upright growing bush, then Sharifa Asma is worth considering. I have both.
Both are good roses, but have different habits. In my garden, Sharifa Asma is compact, while Sceptre de Isle is a definite climber, with lots of flowers, very fragrant. Photo is Sharifa Asma.
