Help me name this tree!

We've been given a tree which we've transplanted, but we are not sure what it is. Any suggestions?

I'd only be taking a bit of a wild guess at this stage, newby, others might be better qualified, however if it ever gets a flower on should be no trouble.

Hi,

Yeah, a bit tough to ID without a flower or close up pic ---try looking into Fraxinus griffithii. Councils love to have these on their footpaths -- they don't grow that big and don't make too much mess.

In the first picture, judging by a rather fuzzy image of the leaf scar and swelling buds on the twig on the left, might be black walnut, Juglans nigra? hortster Here is a link that might be useful:

Too forking and woody, wrong branch surface and leaf shape - latter is more like that of a Manihot sp.
