A few new pics from the garden

Hi all

I haven't been visiting the forum for awhile and its nice to see every-ones familiar names.

The roses are dwindling now so I guess I will only have a few more to enjoy before the end of the season.

Still, I have bulbs,gardenias and some Camellias to look forward to.

This pic shows how good old Pierre de Ronsard is galloping up the frame.The frame is a bit hard to see.The rose is not climbing around the rails.This has grown in one season!

Thanks all for the nice comments- I agree Masquerade looks to be Ani Machi/Geisha. Picked it up a local gardeners club sale - just tagged wrong I would guess, since I know the gardener and they are very savvy about hostas. Peppermint Ice was ordered last year from Northern Grown Perennials (WI) and as you can see below, a lot of change in 1 year. Pics on HL show white center, so expect that to come later in season. Leaves are not very glossy so far this season, though pic below from August last year shows some gloss. I have it planted in part to bright shade - so no direct sun. Orange Marmalade had some nice leaf color variations - I think it'll get planted in a fairly bright spot. Paul

Enjoyed looking at your pics. Love that large clump of daisies with your Albomarginatas...very refreshing looking. Where are you located,mmarnoid? Zone 5? Your daisies and day lilies appear to be blooming at the same time as mine in zone 5.

Thanks for your lovely response.
I've had a lot to deal with on the home front in the last few months and havent had much time for the forum.
Anyway the roses have been a sensation this year and I have bought a few new ones which have been a delight.
I see your bouganvillas are looking wonderful.
