Hi folks! I am interested in getting started growing bromelaids at my place. I would dearly love to have some starts of any kind that you might have to share. I'm new to Broms and only have one of them and I don't even know the name of it. I have it hanging in a tree with moss lineing and it's beautiful. I'm an older lady and I live in the country on a 35 acre non working farm. I have been creating all kinds of little nature paths and trails all over the place. Through creekbeds, by ponds and so forth. I'm trying to create my very own little paradise here in the boonies of East Texas. Please email me if you have anything you are willing to share. Katkin, I have enough tilandsia for you :-) I don't care what type of dragon fruit it is....right now I am into edibles and the dragon fruits is such a weird one...it will be a surprise :-) Actually the first time I had a dragon fruit was at a swap....the first time I had a mulberry was a few days ago from a plant I got at a swap...I learn so much and try so many different things because of gardenweb:-) Veronika, thank you so much....I looked up the the dragon fruit and itlooks cool I can't wait to get it:-) And my hubby has been wanting a lobster claw for awhile now. We bought some seeds once....the birds thanked us for lunch :-)

Hey everyone, I will not be able to come to the swap this weekend. I just got back from the vet and my doggie is not doing so well...apparently her spine is degenerating....anyway I can't leave her alone all day. For anyone that I was trading with I'm very sorry but hopefully I will make it to the next swap. If anyone is in the Miami area or passing through and would like to pick up their plants I am available and we can make a bar-b-que out of it.
