Its Happened Again Natures Wonders.

Dont you just love the things Mother Nature can be blamed for especially the coloured insects and birds

This White Hibiscus "Swan Lake" has often had the odd colour flower on it so its happened again.

This time is has one complete pink flower on the shrub instead of one with different coloured petals:

I managed to get a pic of this beautiful Dragonfly fluttering around the ferns gosh they move so fast:

Hubby took this Cycad beauty at Seaworld while I was snapping Birds..

This little cutie caught my eye anyone know its name ;

Love those Dolpins its amazing what they do and I though this pic was the best of the day.

With the dolpins pushing the trainer up out of the water into the air......Cheers...MM.

Hi MM,

That hibiscus really is so lovely and I just adore your dragonfly. You have been having fun with your new toy!

I think the bird is a Brown Booby (Sula leucogaster). Please anyone correct me if I am wrong! Aren't they just the quaintest birds?

Thanks Dee for the name.. So of course I did a google interesting bird that one they pursue their prey underwater, diving from great heights (up to 100m). The feet and wings are used for propulsion whilst swimming. They rely heavily on flying fish and squid for food.... I wonder what it was doing in with all the Pelicans ( Sick Bay ) probably got something wrong with it too, though it looked a healthy bird, that does not mean it can fly as lots cannot due to being snagged with fishing line a terrible shame these things have to happen to the wildlife......Cheers...MM.

Here she is NOW!! purttier!! lol The reason I didn't take anything from it and start up more, is because at the time, I wasn't even getting my little starters growing, seemed to take forever. And it is my DH's and yes, he is very smug about it!! I guess I am lucky that he is on the road and I can't hear it-- lol.. But he will probibly want to soil it when it is done blooming. It has at least 4 more buds on it. and purple-- this is a better shot of the "root" it is just now starting to root with little hair like roots, it was just a "stump" for lack of a better work Am I glad he didn't toss it? maybe, the plant as a whole still looks sad, maybe soiling will help that... Marjie~~ still amazed with it!

I am thankful that I caught it before the whole thing blew! That would have been 100 times worse. My husband (who I don't deserve) spent the entire evening cleaning the car. While the smell made me gag, it didn't bother him that much because he spent his summers through high school and college working in a commercial dairy, and was somewhat used to the smell. He was able to remove the soaked seat belts and is soaking them in an enzyme solution, which he also sprayed on the affected areas. We left all the windows open all night, and I wasn't able to detect the sour milk smell as I drove to work. However it is supposed to get into the mid seventies today, so the smell will probably come back. When my daughter was young she had a very weak stomach and threw up frequently. Once, she was sitting in the front seat and threw up. It got all over the dash and in the vents. I don't think that smell ever entirely went away.

I doubt it, Kellienoelle. My lower cab to the left of my stove, complete indirect light remains one color, while the others change when they feel like it. Beekeeperswife, that's certainly either an understatement or a statement of the obvious. Of course I >>ust have to make sure whatever color [I] pick looks good in various lights.I wish my color change were only a camera issue. Given the fact I only have a cell phone, and it does NOT capture the changes, I'll have to have an eye transplant. Matching whites? Never occurred to me. I have doors painted with the darker colors next to it on the chips thingy right now. I'm trying to determine what I want to do. Problem is, those cabs next to the stove that don't change? They're the lighter and I love them. Perhaps cream is in the offing.

Wonderful photos, all.
The dragonfly particularly colourful. But I loved the booby, what a great mask and what terrific feet!
I hope you enjoyed your seaworld visit, shamed to say after living on GC for 30 years, I've never been!
