Sending potplants in the mail.

I have seen advertisements in that paper offering tubepots for sale, and that they can be sent in the mail.

I am wondering if anyone has any experience with this ?

How do they stop the soil spilling out, I guess some sort of cardboard in place.

How are the pots when you receive them. I guess they would have to be sent quickly else they would dry out too much.

Thoughts please.
