I see babies on the inside bottom of the pot, I think. I pulled some out to replant but they started dropping like flies, leaves were falling off and they are just droopy now in a pot.. I cant find turface where I live.. SeaChem Fluorite, is the stuff is sold at the pet store but its $40 ($18 on amazon) for a small bag but very consistent in size. I also use the Napa Oil Dry which is $10 for 30lbs but I only get 50% of the good sized stuff. The rest is tiny, I save it but I never use it. The fluorite looks way better than both of them though. Even "generic" succulents can be pretty;) 'Firestorm':) I wish I would have taken a picture earlier when this thing was blooming. It had white blooms everywhere:). The second pic is 'Opalina'. Third and fourth pic is just your plain old ice plant. When those things bloom I'm pretty sure even the most stuck up succulent person would be stopped in their tracks.

#2 looks like jade - Crassula ovata, that needs some help. I think I see some water in saucer below it? (I am talking about pic/plant #2, not the original one). Not sure, but if yes, that water needs to be disposed off. Mix that succulents are potted in needs to dry out between watering. Leaving excess water in the saucer will just keep soil too wet for too long. Especially if it is water-retaining. Your soil should not stick to perlite so much - either there is too much peat in the soil you used, and/or something is too wet. Sorry for repeating myself - I said same in your other post. But it is important to make sure of good drainage = both soil and container. Use wooden stick-dowel with sharpened end-chopstick to check soil deep inside of pot to make sure it is dry enough before watering. Looking or checking just the surface could be misleading. In winter, many succulents need less water and especially if in cooler locations. Your last plant needs to get rejuvenated to make sure of correct ID - there are few plants that look alike and could be more difficult to ID unless in better condition.

Betina Forgot to mention: give it lots of light. It is leaning to one side - I suspect it was growing in relative dark spot and started to lean toward light source. It should start getting 'fatter' stems, darker green and rather upright. This one is same plant but monstrose - but growth pattern should be similar:
