Identification and height query

Hi everyone!

My cactus garden is going great guns right now - its loving Melbourne's "summer" at the moment.

But I have a question or two re identifying a columner cereus cactus and then seeing how tall it will grow.

The first cereus I have I understood to be called c. azureus. It is blue, with golden bristles and is beautiful. It is growing massively quickly, with three little baby ones coming up from the side about half way up.

Just wondering what its "real" name is and how tall it will grow (and when it is safe to take the little ones off the side if necessary).

Second one is a green spiky cereus that I understood to be c. forbesii. It has babies coming out from the bottom which have, unfrotunately, made it grow a little crooked. This has meant that it is now in danger of taking out the spouting near my roof if I don't "bend" it.

My question here is - how tall does this bugger get, but also, how is the best way to "bend" or train a cactus to grow slightly outwards so it stays away from my spouting.

Thanks so much.
