I just wanted to say a thankyou to all who have been so friendly and welcoming since I joined up in March. I have received much invaluable advice, both by posting and reading other member's posts and am grateful for that. I love sharing thoughts, ideas and information with other gardeners. I only hope that I can give back as much as I receive. Season's greetings everyone!.......Cheers,

I would like to say a special 'thank you' to you for all of the advice you have given me and others over the last few months, as well as say thank you to everyone else who has helped. Hope you have a safe and happy Christmas and New Year.

You are very welcome! Indeed, sous vide has given me many more flexibility in the kitchen. I made creamy carbonara with 100% safety without having eggs turn into scrambled eggs. dcarch

Four of these would eat up your budget and there wouldnt be one for everyone, but they might be a nice addition for poolside entertaining. They are wonderful quality, lots of fun colors, can be used for wine or other cold drinks, as well as hot drinks. So much nicer than plastic.

what else are you doing. ...the granite is not right. maybe crisp white counters . backsplash will need something to work w it also. If you have some sort of chandeliers or bright brass sconces...maybe mirrors on a wall.... an etagere for wine and crystal stuff..... that's what I see this is leading into. it's a bit "caution to the wind" but I wont object necessarily....makes me think ...what else is going to happen here....and that can be okay.
