Herbs in BRisbane for autumn planting

I would like to know which of the following herbs are suitable for autumn planting in Brisbane (in my seed catalogues they are considered as for spring and summer planting). And which of them does not thrive in the hot weather at all - the next summer is coming soon?

Angelica

Ashwaganda (Withania somnifera)

Aztec seet herb (phyla scaberrina)

Clary sage

betony ( stachys officialis)

elecampane( inula helenium)

vervain (verbena officialis)

arrowroot

comfreyevening primrose

hyssop

job's tears

lavender

marshmallow

tarraagon

sage

tansy

Are there any general rules to know which herb can be sown in which season? And which herbs are not very suited to the subtropical climate?

thanks for answers! - some herbs are a bit unusual and the list is quite long.
