I really like Body of Proof until the new shows started a couple of months ago. Dana Delaneys character was just becoming very mean and her attitude was being written as to be so condescending. I stopped watched it. You knew CSI:NY was gone because of the way the season finale was written with them all on the roof chatting. It was the same way CSI:Miami finished up their season with everyone having a drink at the bar. I'm glad Bones and Big Bang Theory are back. The new show Ironside - is that a remake of the old show starring Raymond Burr?

I must have heard only the good things about her. She's close to her family, and, with her husband, adopted a baby girl from Korea, where her own adopted sister was born. I believe the baby had a heart defect, which was treated after the adoption. I forget the baby's name, but it's unusual because it's a combination of Heigl's mother and sister. She and her husband adopted another baby as well. Plus she is a strong advocate for animals, which I greatly appreciate. Alfre Woodard is also in "State of Affairs;" I like her too. Yes, I'll watch--if I remember. I'm famous for forgetting to watch the beginning, or (more likely) watching the first couple of episodes and then forgetting. ;-)

We watched it. DH actually liked it, said it was a show he thought he could stand to follow, haha. So it's like the movie Sleepers? Great movie. The show is on again tonight.

We have it recorded ready to watch. I love Gerald! I have had the pleasure of spending time with him and Delta. They are both great people. He was renamed Mac Daddy. He loved that. He is very funny and down to earth. We shared meals with them several times and so enjoyed our times together. Delta is a beautiful lady and very friendly. I look forward to seeing him in this new show. He is always a great actor.
