It looks like Ash decline to me. I've noticed a few in my area which have declined in a similar manner, with 2 dead within 3 or 4 years of first symptoms, 1 half dead in the same time period and another without much die back, but still sickly looking. Those are just the ones I've had the chance to see almost everyday and they range in age from about 5 years old to about 40 years old. I haven't noticed any common environmental problems or common sight specific problems with these trees. I just need to know what to pinch out of tomatoes called suckers so the rest of the tomato plant can grow quickly and yield

Suckers are shoots that grow from the rootstock rather than from the named variety which has been grafted onto it. If nothing is done then the suckers will take over the plant completely and you will have a bush that has reverted. You can tell if it is a sucker if you see that it is coming from below the bud union and by the different leaf form and color. Don't go by the number of leaflets as a guide. Try to pull the sucker off rather than cutting it as cutting stimulates growth again. Pulling if off causes the wound to make a callous and heal over.

Euonymus fortunei -- Winter creeper Even though it is hardy up into zone 5, possibly 4, it may be semi-evergreen in your zone? Not sure about the temp at which it starts to defoliate (maybe around -5 degrees F?), but its evergreen-ness is a nice feature...although it turns sort of a dusky purple in fall and winter, but greens up again upon warmer temps. It can be invasive in some parts of the continent. I would selectively prune so it doesn't spread up into trees, etc. In other words, keep an eye on it. But it is a commonly used ground cover, and climber. Similar in habit to English ivy. It is more likely to produce flowers and seed once it starts to go vertical and climb. I'm sure some will tell you to yank. But evergreens in zones 5 and 6 are sometimes hard to come by.
