More likely the intention was a day lily bed and the ivy has invaded. You also have a healthy Canada thistle there which you'll want to dig out before it seeds.

It is extremely difficult to ID peppers by pics of the fruit alone. Many look so similar. Normally you would have to see the whole plant and of course taste/heat (though some are so hot it can be dangerous to try) helps ID too. The best you can really do is categorize by type ie a poblano type, a hungarian type, a red bell type, etc. You can try re-posting on the Pepper forum and some people might give you good guesses, but for most peppers an exact ID is truly difficult. Do NOT wait until Fall. It's tricky to store bulbs that long without killing them, particularly lily. The Daffodils may have a papery covering. The lilies will be scaly. The two of them can probably cohabit fine. (The daffodil blooms early and goes to sleep). The monkey grass is the thing you have to be careful to get rid of if you want the lilies to survive.

The big cream colored flat rose could be Sombrieul. ...agree with Hot Cocoa too. The others could be English/Austens - he has lors of apricots and pinks. They could probably be a flirist rose too... I think there is white hellebore, penstemon eatonii and some beech leaves in there. That beige thing with the pinky- peach center petals facing inward. almost looks like a strawflower? I wonder if a mum might do that too?? Very pretty whatever it is. Good luck!
