colorfast, harleysbud, go_figure, and alongroadahead.... thanks for all the comments! I don't visit the forum much now that our kitchen reno is finished, but I do like to check in from time to time. I would like to add an amendment to my tile details. In the way back of my mind, I kept thinking that I had purchased Jeffrey Court tiles, but couldn't find my invoice from Best Tile to prove it. Finally came across my box of leftover tiles in the garage and sure enough, they ARE Jeffrey Court tiles. I'm not sure if Best Tile has exclusive rights to carrying this particular tile/line, but since so many of you have asked about my backsplash, perhaps this bit of info may help. Specifically, the tile is Jeffrey Court 3x6 field tiles, part # 519505 in Glacier. I'm thinking that if a store carries Jeffrey Court, they may be able to order this piece.

Bee Super kitchen!! I am new to this forum and just picked up the magazine with your other fab kitchen! Lady you are a rock star! I am in PA too and am considering the cabinet maker you had do your kitchen. Would you use them again? But who is your stone supplier/fabricator. My local yard has a similar stone in ""Vermont"" something and we are also considering soapstone from Bucks County Soapstone but are really torn because our current granite is SO maintainance free. But I need a soft white/grey stone. I would pay to come see your kitchen and feel that stone!! hint hint

Thanks Patty! Will check into it! Love the star drapped sky, the moon.......I did smell rose fragrance in the air, have to find out which one........will report it back the rose name...... I think the fragrant roses are Intrigue and Miss All American Beauty. Beautiful scent! :-) If I see more these roses at Walmart next year, I'd buy them all! Miss All American Beauty was from Walmart, Intrigue roses were from Breck's bargain sales-5 for $19.99.

Jscaldwell, thank you for a super picture of the super moon. I appreciated everyone's photo. It's nice to know that many people were outside enjoying it. I read that it led to some higher tides than usual.
