This is Jake and Josie...They belong to my Daughter, Suzanne. When she was sent packing from Australia, she had to go back to school to complete her degree and didn't want to leave her little dog Jake at home alone so she bought Josie to keep him company...I thought she was out of her mind because Jake (the little long haired guy) was super hyper and I figured she would end up with two super hyper dogs. Wrong..Josie is very mellow and Jake takes care of Josie and has mellowed out ...not quite to the degree as Josie but very mellow...They are adorable but require constant attention...total lap dogs..honestly they would drive me nuts but you can't help but love them...

A friend of mine is going to Juneau, AK and asked my advice so I've been going through old photos of my 2010 trip there. It's a picturesque little town.

That is a unique mailbox! The support post is something else also. Not everyone has a piston and rod that size lying about.

Jodi, I had the great pleasure of going to Alaska in 2004. I recognize your picture as our trip started and ended in Juneau.

Here is a picture of the chef on our boat with the 25lb. halibut he caught. We had it for lunch, dinner, breakfast, etc. LOL

Murraysmom, what a catch! I love halibut! Add some capers and lemon butter sauce and I'd be in heaven.

Can you tell me, is the airport in Juneau of decent size. My friend is trying to find a flight out of Skagway that flys directly to Southern Calif. I'm thinking she might have a better chance out of Juneau since it's the capital.

Jodi-

Jodi....here's what Trip Advisor says about how many airlines fly into which cities in Alaska...
