That iceberg so astounded me that I forgot how sensational those "Epi's" are. Thanks, nicole.... hope mine look like that someday. (Of course, my photo's wouldn't be as beautiful as yours, but I do enjoy all of them!) And the Dove! You ALL make my day with such fantastic photo's!

My arthropod is bigger than yours. From the same trip to the Outer Banks as yesterday's Ibises.

It's Nov 3, but this little rose doesn't know it. We've had above-normal temperatures this week, 19°C. There's a flower plus 4 buds that weren't there last week.

When I lived in the Dallas house we had a roadrunner that was enamored with me or my dogs or cats not sure which but every day it would come to the pool patio and tap tap on the window, they went to the floor, and it would keep doing that till I came over and talked to it. Then it started bringing me treats, grasshoppers, other bugs etcetc. It would leave them right at the window where I could see it. It was always hanging out around the pool but never in it, it would get on the waterfall and drink. I loved that bird!
