It's a great new option, and I have not had to un block any thing, I have firefox with adblock plus and easylist, so no need to see the ads. The reason for them to do this is so they can try to control the size of the picture files people are adding to their posts. The new option has a size limit. This is a good thing. When someone includes a huge file it can seriously slow down page load speed and for those on dialup that can make access frustratingly slow. My guess is that you may have some thing else blocked like java? I am very happy to see this new option and hope they work out the bugs and get it implemented.

With Windows XP you can resize your pics by right clicking on the pic, go to Send To and select Mail Recipient... You will then have the option of making your pic smaller... It will come up as an Attachment in an e-mail... From there you can drag the Attachment to another folder or your desktop then delete the e-mail. If you are using your cell phone to take pics to post on the internet make sure you turn off your GPS first !!!... There are bad people out there who can retrieve the GPS coordinates from the pic and find out just where the pic was taken, down to the room in your house! Hugs, Rita

The handles are fantastic!! One suggestion, Because I am always scared when making a permanent decision, I would look at your handles with the scale of your cabinets in mind before drilling. In the end it's what you're happy with. However, your "natural" inclination of their placement in the photos, seems to be a little low to me. Somewhat off- balance in the overall picture. Thank you, Ingrid! I haven't grown HdB in awhile but decided to add her to my striped rose collection. She was always healthier for me than Variegata de Bolgna. As I recall she gave me remontancy, as Zephirine Drouhin does, but in our current climate, who knows? Time will tell. Maybe I'll just enjoy the foliage! :-) I also prefer DdB's flower to many modern stripes. I am taking a gamble on the striped Tea, Madame Driout. I've never grown her, but decided to give her whirl as one of my few roses in that class. I've only seen one bloom, but it was intriguing--darker pink than HdB and globular as it unfurled. Really quite pretty! I may attempt to post a photo (I shudder at the thought of trying) of DdB, MD and Clotilde Soupert in a vase. I hope Cecil is continuing to heal! Carol
