Didn't harden, will never harden, so what do I do with it? It tastes so good, is so creamy, (and runny, lol). Can you re-cook it, since it has the fluff in it? Guess I could make cake icing, haha. All that work, standing there stirring, and my feet hurt and my back aches!
well since your back and feet hurt.......just sit down and eat it with a spoon LOL I have never made it but I am sorry it didn't work for you.....Stacy
My chocolate fudge didn't set up the way it should either! "/ I have had it 'drying' for a few days now...HOPEFULLY good to put on plates. I think this is how spoon fudge became what it is! LOL Now we just have to find those little bitty jars and spoons!
My mom used to make filled cookie sandwiches with left over icing and graham crackers. I think any plain cookie would work--chocolate wafer, vanilla, Lorna Doone. Store them covered in the refrigerator.
I stopped in a candy store today, where they make their own fudge type candies right there.....big stainless table where they knead it. I didn't buy anything, but they gave me a taste of the warm butter pecan fudge. Oh,my goodness....now I have to go back and buy some.
