Loving my Christmas cards

I'm getting so many beautiful cards this year, it has put me into the Christmas season for sure.
I have a few more to make and send, then I will be finished.
Also enjoy the letters from you gals!

I have loved getting the Christmas cards from so many friends. I have tried to send some, if I have not sent you one this year I am sorry. Today was surgery on my knee & it was not the news I wanted to hear

Merry Christmas to you Sherry, I was gone yesterday my son did the cooking, so this is a bit late... but HAPPY NEW YEAR and may all your roses burst forth with joy ! Thank you all so much. Re the "packaged" picture frame. I got the idea from an office decorating contest we had at work. The contest was not so much the quality of the decorating, but which one looked the most "Christmasy". The winners had decorated every single item in their office, including stuff on the walls. They covered the art work with gift wrap and bow, and that was my inspiration. (mine is actually a picture of some lilies). luvs, re the opened package, LOL! The gift was from a friend who wanted to see me open it!

lisa fl, I have had to go through 2 more surgeries this year, one in Aug & one in Nov. I am on here most days but have not posted in a long time. When I had my TKR some members had a few comments that came across to me like I was stupid as far as my health care went. I decided to stop posting but still went on to read comments.

Thank you, everyone! Yes, the wording is mine, and so is the photo--I took it last winter from my kitchen window. No snow pics so far this year. Not even close! As I write this at 9:30 a.m., the weather is 63 degrees and raining, and forecast to get even warmer. But Merry Christmas anyway! :-)

I received some more cards in today's mail and I so appreciate everyone of them. Thanks too to you Mary, so sorry you did not get the news you wanted to hear about your knee. Thanks Susie 53 for your letter and to Pattico for your recipe booklet, I will probably make something out of it really soon.

Isn't this fun? I envy all who have the skill and patience to do what they do. I'm about to have my tea, using the darling little tea "quilt" from Wanda.

I am enjoying mine but the cats keep pulling them off the stair banister. I blame Bugsy for this- the other cats never did this before we got him, lol.

I was cleaning the kitchen and found a stack of mail that had gotten buried (luckily, no bills in there!).

Pattico, I love the penguin card (penguins are my favorite)... and the recipe booklet is so cute. Thanks!

Cheryl, I don't have your e-mail addy, and it isn't available through your page. I don't make them to sell, and really don't have time now, as I am currently working on several quilts that I need to finish.

There are thousands available on Etsy--just search for "mug rugs". If you can't find anything you like, e-mail me and maybe we can work something out for after the holidays.

One of my sent cards came back the address lable came off sorry cant tell who I sent it to. Yes loved all my cards and the tea quilt !!!
