I'll go for the thighs first, too. Fact is, I really like chicken a lot and it's easier to just say that my least favorite piece is the breast, because it tends to be dry.

Mine is the boneless, skinless breast. I don't like those veins in the dark meat. Since I don't like the dark meat, and it's just me here, I always buy the bl/sl breast.

I like wings. Don't care for thighs.

I like breasts, legs and thighs. I take the skin off all of it.

I didn't realize so many people liked the thighs. That is my favorite part. It is more flavorful than the breast. I like the wings, too. I also buy the breasts sometimes, but I often buy the bone in, because they have more flavor than the boneless.

I had some KFC on Sunday. First time I've had that for a long time. Yep, I had the thigh. It was real good.

Thighs first for me, but I'll take any part of a chicken or turkey except the breast. It is dry and tasteless to me. The rest of the chicken has so much more flavor and is not dry.

Thighs are the only part I don't like, and I only use them in a casserole or chicken and rice.

Legs! Legs! Legs! and wings. I buy big packs of legs when they are on sale, and eat them all week. I use the breast when they are on sale, and usually make nuggets or broil them.

Breasts is all I buy except for an occasional whole chicken to roast. Even then, the dog usually gets the majority of the dark meat.

I'm with junkyardgirl. Gimme a leg every time!!! (then another and another and another...) I'll take mine fried, please. Crispy.

Mostly breast or thigh but I really like the heart and liver (makes me sound like a canibal or vulture LOL) but never get to eat organ meats because of the cholesterol.

I like the backs......probably because when I was growing up, I always had last choice and the backs were what was left. I love picking out all that tasty meat between the ribs.
I like the thighs, too but I think they have a better flavor if the bone is left in.
DD doesn't like the veins in the thighs, either.

I like the white breast meat the best, wings then thighs the way I cook them. Actually the best part of all is the crispy chicken skin. I heard John Tesh on the radio Sunday night saying that chicken skin is okay to eat now and then because of the nutrients it contains.

I like the breast. Even though I don't like too much skin I think chicken with skin and on the bone is much tastier than a boneless skinless breast.

Forgot to say the very best part of fried chicken is the gizzard. Not cold though, it has to be fresh out of the pan.

i love gizzards and liver...but since I always just buy thigh and leg parts...I have to treat myself every now and then to a bucket of gizz's and livers...

I don't really like chicken, so I prefer the breast because it is less flavorful. And, of course, lower in fat.

I think I only like the crispy outside...LOL....I'm not much of a chicken eater unless it is in soup or covered with bbq sauce...But if we get KC chicken the first piece I grab is the wings....(and I think that is because there is more crispy than meat.

I wouldn't mind having a plate full of Hooter Wings for lunch.

Well I use different parts for different recipes. I use boneless breasts the most. I love chicken wings in a tasty sauce, hot or teriyaki, something like that.

I'm not a big fan of the drumsticks, I prefer thighs. I didn't used to like the whole leg (it looked too much like they were going to walk off the plate) but I'm okay with them now. Any chicken on the bone needs to be cooked very, very well so it falls right off the bone.
