I really enjoy the daily trivia quiz and wanted to thank you for posting it everyday. It's the first thing I look in the morning. Some of the answers that KT'ers post are hilarious.

I too enjoy the imaginative and insightful answers the KT'ers provide! I often wish the quiz-takers had polled us! Much better answers.

Hey......did you make the slow-cooker stuffing for your Thanksgiving? (inquisitive mind (mine) wants to know)

Used to prepare this when my son, his then wife, and my grandbaby lived in North Carolina. We enjoyed it.. BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 1 lb. sausage, cooked Grated cheese 4 eggs 1 c. Bisquick mix 2 c. milk Salt, pepper Cook sausage, drain. Put in the bottom of a 13x9 pan. Sprinkle cheese over sausage. Mix together eggs, milk and Bisquick. Pour over sausage and cheese. Bake 20-25 minutes, 350 degrees I prepared it in a square pyrex dish.

Hi Anne, You were telling us about your broken foot and your upcoming vacation in the cooking forum. I'm glad it didn't deter you from having a good vacation, but yikes, now you have the big boot. Obey the doctor's orders. :-) My results of the MRI came back fine/negative. It doesn't explain the headaches but I've got a lead from a couple of members here that I'm going to bring up to the doctor in a few weeks when I see him.

LOL I agree, I think our answers are so much better, especially the ones that involve men.

Jasdip, my DIL made stuffing so I was not able to try your recipe. I am however making it for Christmas, so I will let you know. I am sure it is wonderful! I am also going to make Pioneer Woman's mashed potatoes that everyone raves about on the cooking forum.

I'm not sure if the Pioneer Woman's recipe is the same (it probably is) but Mom has made mashed potatoes for several years using the sour cream and creamed cheese.

They are called Busy Woman's Mashed Potatoes as they can be made in advance and just heated in the oven. I'm making them this year. They are very rich, but oh so good!
