I've Re Set My Clocks 6 times now :(

Stupid ice storm. I shut down my computer after losing power 4 times. I'd just get up and running and blewie. Down again. It was out the last time for 45 minutes, so hopefully we're up and running again, for good. It's been on for 50 minutes now.

It's still raining/spitting some, and it's only 32Â°. Any more, and the limbs will start breaking on the oak trees, as they still have their leaves. I hope it quits soon. It is supposed to quit by 12:00. It's a grey, gloomy day. Maybe I'll take a nap, and then do my Christmas cards.

Its snowed ALLLLL morning here. Only 2 inches so far but still coming down strong, over by the ND/MN border they are saying 9 inches or more. Think parts of western Mn too.

Everyone stay safe and warm.
It's dark and dreary, here in east central Indiana, but weÂre suppose to be getting a rain/freezing rain, soon.
I just check radar, and the system is just south of us.

Oh my goodness. I've just spent an hour reading on the knotweed and it is terrifying! THANKFULLY however in my situation, there is only a small stand that is isolated from the majority of the property by a three-lane highway. That area is quickly being shaded out by forest - I am so glad I asked before I started cutting things down! From what I've read forested areas are not its prefered living space, so I'll encourage the shade providers and get started with some smothering slashing and spraying. THANK YOU for saving me from potentially setting this monster loose!

I hope your ice storm STOPS before your tree limbs start breaking!
We had a vicious ice storm back in 2002 (I think?), and we were without power for 3-4 days.
These were taken the day after the storm.
I am crying right this minute remembering the devastation.

No, Rita, ours isn't quite that bad. It hasn't warmed up much though either.
Tomorrow is a big day for our family. Long story made short--my Mom and my niece are joining the church. After that we're to go into Omaha for lunch at Olive Garden. I hope the weather cooperates. This is the 2nd time it's been set to go. Pastor hurt his back last month when it was planned.
I hope it clears up between now and then.
