Can you help me pick cabinet hardware; color and type

Yes, I posted this on the "Bathrooms" forum, but there are so many people here with excellent taste that I thought I'd "come to the source" of all my knowledge.

The bathroom vanity has three drawers and two doors. I'm planning to use cup pulls on the drawers, and knobs on the drawers.

The medicine cabinets are painted with a matte-finish leather-texture paint. The counter top is a sparkly black Silestone.

I think I should use matte knobs and pulls. Would glossy be better?

If I use 1 1/4 round knobs on the doors, should I use backplates? If so, what color and size of backplates?

I'm considering a 3 1/2 inch "Alno" cup pull and 1 1/4 inch knobs. I have to order them because there's not one bloomin' shop in town that has black cup pulls in stock! LOL

Can you offer any advice or suggestions so the hardware will "fit" the rest of the vanity area?

Here is the vanity area before the baseboards, door, and trim were installed.

Showing the finishes of the mirror frames and counter top. Black crown molding with shaped corner blocks will be installed once the room is finished. It will all be painted to match the mirror frames.

Here is a link that might be useful: Alno A1355 cup pull I'm planning to use.
