Yes, great quotes, Don. There are lot of "originators" and visionaries here in Silicon Valley. There are "business" parks that cater to start-ups. The buildings have moveable walls to to fit every size of business. If you start out as a one person business you can stay where you are and grow your business anyway you want. At some point the "originators" find out that they need help in running their business and there are plenty of business managers. As far as what people want as their legacy, I don't know.

Brandon, this forum was so peaceful this year ...I honestly didn't mean a nasty thing about it, but my swap started out being called the East TN Plant Swap, so it is named that now, this was 3 years ago, before you were even a member. You guys branched off and now have your Knoxville Swap. You have the website, because I asked somebody to build it for me, and even though they have since gone on to build a Knoxvilleplant swap website, they hold onto the East TN plant swap domain so that I assume I cannot get it back. Alot was said and done last year and I stayed away from the forums as did other folks because of it. I came back because it looked peaceful again, and never meant a think about any posts I made. I dont' know why you've got a bee in your bonnet about me, but please, just drop it and let it rest. By rights, and I can dig out old newspaper articles, etc., My swap IS the East Tn Mountain Madness plant swap. Don't be silly about this. It's not worth it. Your swap is the Knoxville Plant Swap, a grand swap in it's own right. Why you feel you still have to hold onto the name of my swap I don't know. It doesn't matter to me either way, but apparently it does to you. Let's just do what this post was meant to do, say that there are three fantastic swaps in Tennessee for everyone to visit. I invited you and everyone to the swap in Seymour, I wish you'd come but I understand if you can't. Everyone is welcome. And the West TN swap is absolutely awesome, and if you havn't gone, GO, it's wonderful. I havn't been ot the Knoxville swap, but I hear it's a wonderful group of gardening individuals, and someday I hope to see Cheryl's beautiful gardens, and smell those heavenly Brugmansias !!! It takes care of the problem with muddling the distinction of science and faith, making them one in the same. What if the U.S. Supreme Court is left to decide this issue? Yikes! In the early 1990's, writers like the Czech playwright and former president Vaclav Havel and the French philosopher Bruno Latour proclaimed "the end of objectivity." The laws of science were constructed rather than discovered, some academics said; science was just another way of looking at the world, a servant of corporate and military interests. Everybody had a claim on truth. The right defended the traditional notion of science back then. Now it is the right that is trying to change it. On Tuesday, fueled by the popular opposition to the Darwinian theory of evolution, the Kansas State Board of Education stepped into this fraught philosophical territory.
