I've had my hands too full with Dad's pnuemonia to get anything done, then with our trip to Washington DC for the funeral service at Arlington Nat'l Cemetary, to get ornament shopping or cards done. Dad is on the mend, and we are safely back home, so I'll be getting started ASAP! I emailed Meredith before we left so she would know I was behind. I will check the P O Box when we go to DD's for dinner later today. Tami

Thanks to all who sent cards and a special Thank you to Tami for getting it together. Words can't express what those cards meant to me this year. When they first started rolling in, i was sick and ended up spending the entire week in bed. I finally went to the Dr where I was given some scary news. Finally after the second test was run. I had pneumonia. Then the second test showed something wrong with my liver so I had to undergo more testing, to find out what was wrong with it. Turned out to be nothing serious, but it was a difficult two weeks and the cards that poured in day after day gave me reason to smile and be Thankful of all of the friends near and far. As for my cards, I think I got them all sent to my group and then a few more. I really wanted to send to all, but unfortunately I wasn't able to this year..Maybe next Thanks again

I got two, one from you and one from Janie also! I picked my cards up this evening and will work on them this weekend when I'm off.
